Exercise is good. Since I started my new healthy lifestyle on October 1st, I've lost 9 kg of excess weight and gained in strength and general fitness level. Feels food.

In the next coming days I will be launching also the first product in a series of online fitness programs that I am developing along with Dr. Bomben. If you want to get a firm butt, then look no further.

Marketing isn't what it used to be

A Joke

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bike. Then I realised that The Lord doesn't work that way, so I stole one and asked him to forgive me.

To find out what you love to do...

"To find out what you love to do demands a great deal of intelligence; because, if you are afraid of not being able to earn a livelyhood, or not fitting into this rotten society, then you will never find out. But, if you are not frightened, if you refuse to be pushed into the groove of tradition by your parents, by your teachers, by the superficial demands of society, then there is a possiblity of discovering what it is your really love to do. So to discover, there must be no fear of not surviving."

We all have a choice: to play big or to play small

Like many of you, I have made a habit to myself to watch TED videos every now and then. While I knew of Eve Ensler and her work before, this video was breathtaking. Once again it made me realize how each one of us has a choice in this life. The choice between playing small (have a job, go to the grocery, buy bread, watch tv) and playing big (change the world). The amazing thing is that the people who do change the world are not that much different from the rest by their intellectual capabilities, wealth, power or other factors. The main difference is that those people have decided to do something, to create positive change.
